spcaLA privacy statement & return policy
Returns & Exchanges
In the event you need to return or exchange an item, please call (888) spca-LA1, x257 or email orders@spcaLA.com for a return or exchange authorization. Upon return of the product we will issue a full credit for the total of the items returned, but cannot refund the original shipping charges. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Our policies for returns are as follows:
• Returns must include the original receipt, no exceptions.
• No refunds or exchanges will be given for flea treatments.
• Clothing, hats, pet carriers and pet bowls may be returned for exchange only, no refunds will be given.
• Unused products: Within the 30 day return period, you may return unused products for a full refund. Items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Purchasers are responsible for shipping costs back to our store. We will refund your total, entire purchase price – no deductions will be made for restocking.
• Used products: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used or are missing the original packaging.
• Event tickets: No refunds/exchanges will be given for event tickets. If the event has been cancelled, the event will be rescheduled (allowing you to use your event tickets on that day). If the event cannot be rescheduled, a full refund for your tickets will be issued.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within one day of placing the order. Cancellations must be made by telephone to (888) spca-LA1, x257 or via email at orders@spcaLA.com .
Shipping/Delivery
We ship items via UPS. Shipping fees vary dependent on the weight of the items and the distance from our Los Angeles headquarters. We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. Items will generally be shipped within one week of your order. Event tickets will generally be shipped via United States Postal Service, or held at will-call, dependent on purchase date.
Privacy Policy & Security
The policy of spcaLA is to respect and protect your privacy. The only personal information we collect is supplied by you through use of forms (e.g. order form, donation form, volunteer form, etc.). The information is used solely to process your request. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
When placing an order, the page on which you enter your credit card information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption provided by Equifax, the standard for secure Transactions. To verify security, you should be able to see a picture of a small lock near the address bar in your browser.
Your consent
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by spcaLA. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.
